1. Introduction

Masjid Ayesha Madrasah is committed to nurturing children in faith, building exemplary character, and developing future leaders. Our admissions and operational policies ensure a structured, safe, and spiritually enriching environment for all students.

Admission is subject to acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

2. Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee of £30 per child is payable at the time of enrolment.

This fee covers study materials and administrative costs.

3. Tuition Fees

The tuition fee is £45 per month.

We offer a £5 per child per month sibling discount for families enrolling more than one child.

Fees will need to be paid via the Parents Portal upon enrolment.

4. Late Payment

Parents/guardians will be notified of due fees via email, text message, or letter.

If payment is not received within 14 days of notification, the student may be suspended until outstanding fees are cleared. This may disrupt the student’s progress; therefore, parents are advised to manage payments responsibly.

5. Opening Hours:

Monday – Friday

5:00pm – 6:30pm

Full attendance is essential for students to progress effectively through the curriculum.

Students arriving late will not be permitted to attend class, unless prior notice has been given by the parent/guardian.

If a student is unable to attend due to illness, bereavement, or another valid reason, parents must inform the Madrasah in advance.

Persistent lateness or absence will result in a formal meeting with parents/guardians.

6. Holidays

Any holiday outside official Madrasah breaks must be requested in writing and approved before arrangements are made.

Pre-booked holidays must be declared at registration.
