What ages do you accept?

We accept children from 5 years to 16 years. Pupils are placed into classes according to their age and ability level.

What subjects are taught?

Our curriculum includes:

Qa’idah & Qur’an Reading
Tajweed
Hifdh (Memorisation)
Islamic Studies (Aqaa’id, Fiqh, Seerah, Akhlaaq)
Du’as & Salah
Basic Arabic

What are the Madrasah timings?

Classes run:

Monday to Friday
5:00pm to 6:30pm

Please ensure children arrive on time and are collected promptly.

How much are the fees?

£540 per year
Or £45 per month (12 instalments)
£30 registration fee
£5 monthly sibling discount (for 2 or more children)

Fees are paid via the Parents Portal.

How do I register my child?

You can register online via our website. Places are limited.

Is there a uniform?

Yes. Students are expected to dress modestly:

Boys: Jubba/Salwar Kameez with a hat
Girls: Abaya/jilbab with headscarf

What if my child misses a class?

Parents should inform the Madrasah in advance via the Parents Portal.

Regular attendance is important for progress.

How is student progress monitored?

Students are:

Assessed regularly
Given feedback
Moved to the next level based on ability and understanding

Parents meetings are held periodically.

What behaviour is expected?

We expect all students to:

Show respect to teachers and peers
Follow Islamic manners (Akhlaaq)
Care for Madrasah property

Serious misconduct may result in disciplinary action.

Do you have safeguarding procedures?

Yes. Safeguarding and child protection are taken very seriously.

All staff are DBS checked, and we follow safeguarding policies in line with UK guidelines.

Can parents observe lessons?

Lessons are structured for learning and concentration. If parents wish to discuss progress, they can book an appointment with the teacher.
